AGREEMENT OF SUBLEASE
BETWEEN :
(Herein referred to as the SUB-LESSOR)

Whereby the SUB-LESSOR leases to the SUB-LESSEE certain premises namely :

received on the third day after posting and if delivered by hand, on the date of
such delivery.
(d) Either of the parties referred to in (a) and (b) shall be entitled to
change its domicilium citandi et executandi for the time being to another
address, upon written notice to the other of them.
